The summer heat is making me slow, sluggish and completely unmotivated. In attempting to spark some creativity I did a piece for Michelle Ward's GPP Street Team
I am avoiding this room....to many decisions need to made. The questions that stop me in my tracks are " What should I keep and what should I get rid off?","What project should I finish?", "Should I start a new painting today?" etc. I know I keep telling myself just move forward, do something.
So I retreated to my bed with my computer to get some mundane stuff out of the way and look who joined me. It reminds me of the song.... there were 10 in the bed and the little one said roll over roll over and the all rolled over and one fell out.....
Zoey. "good riddance all that tapping on the computer was interfering with our nap."
Susan - bravo for getting something done....and on canvas even! Looking at your studio space I am digging that arched wire frame. I not only like the shape, and that you can hang things from it, but I SPY A GRID on a diagonal. How cool would it be to try THAT on a journal page?

I wouldn't start any new "PAINING" - haven't you had enough pain this year?

Gorgeous canvas and great idea for the challenge. I have just been tidying out my creative space but I had to wait for the right moment as it was just overwhelming to begin with.

Love the grid. I think most of us are challenged with our creative space, what to keep and how to get the maximum storage so we can work creatively and effectively.

Isn't it funny how everyone decides to join in at nap time LOL. I hate deciding what to keep, finish, store etc. Glad the grid idea worked for you.
