Live with intention

My yoga for today....

I have spent a good part of my day here. I am trying to get organized and work at this desk so to alleviate the mess I usually create at the kitchen table.

Thank goodness I have company.

He looks very comfy.

Now I am headed downstairs to make myself a cup of tea and watch the first episode of Downtown Abbey. I have heard so many good things about this show that I downloaded season 1 from itunes today.
